MEET CHEF CLINTON

I am so thrilled you landed here!

I am Celebrity Chef Clinton Jackson-Potts, and I live to create food that not only tastes divine but looks like a masterpiece. My culinary journey began with my Aunt, whose incredible catering for church events and family gatherings sparked an insatiable passion in me for the culinary arts.

 

This passion was further fueled by the trailblazing Chef Roblé Ali. His modern, high-end catering style, coupled with his Texan roots, inspired me to push my boundaries and refine my skills.

 

In 2006, I proudly earned my Associate Degree from the Culinary Art Institute of Houston, Texas. Even before graduation, I was immersed in the vibrant restaurant scene, perfecting my culinary techniques and developing innovative recipes.

 

By 2010, my dream came to life with the launch of CJ’s Masterpiece. The company quickly rose to fame, becoming the premier choice for high-profile events. I am proud to have cooked for a star-studded clientele, including A-list celebrities, influential politicians, and top-tier NFL, NBA & USATF athletes, as well as hosting major social events.

 

Every dish I create is a testament to my dedication to culinary artistry. Armed with a knife, a cast-iron skillet, and a black plate as my canvas, I transform ingredients into visual and gastronomic masterpieces.

 

For me, “It’s not just cooking; it’s a work of art; A MASTERPIECE.” I feel blessed to turn my passion into an extraordinary culinary journey, bringing joy and exquisite flavors to every table.
