I am Celebrity Chef Clinton Jackson-Potts.
With a passion for food that tastes good and looks perfect, I proudly credit my Aunt for my love of the culinary world.
Watching her carter several church events and family holidays, she unconsciously inspired and injected me with an insatiable desire to delve into the professional culinary world.
My interest was further developed by Chef Roblé Ali - who is now one of the most famous chefs around the country.
His high-end and modern catering style, paired with the fact that he has family roots in Texas, pushed me to cultivate my talent.
In 2006, I earned an Associate Degree from the Culinary Art Institute of Houston, Texas.
Prior to graduation, I worked for leading restaurants, where I had the chance to brush up my culinary skills and recipes.
In 2010, I launched CJ’s Masterpiece, which soon became the go to cratering company for all events.
I pride myself on my ability to put ingredients together masterfully and artistically.
I've graciously had the chance to cook for several celebrities, politicians, professional NFL, basketballs players and important social events.
I feel so blessed to be able to flourish in my passion.
With a knife, a cast-iron skillet, and a black plate as my canvas, I can genuinely make the food come alive.
